Very smart and capable people.
Everyone is very collaborative. Being in a space between a start up and full enterprise, there is still a feeling that we all have stake in the company and success and that fosters a culture of creativity, helping, and achievement.
Everyone is very friendly but also very professional. You can learn loads from everyone on the team - everyone has different experiences and different things to offer.
