Ms. Andrea E. Utecht has been an Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of FMC Corporation since January 1, 2011. Ms. Utecht joined FMC in July 2001 as Chief Legal Officer. She served as Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary at FMC Corp. since January 2002. She served as Senior Vice President, Secretary and General Counsel of AtoFina Chemicals, Inc. since January 1996. She was with ATOFINA and its predecessor companies for 20 years, including three years as Vice President for acquisitions and divestitures. She is a member of the ABA Subcommittee on General Counsel. Ms. Utecht holds a bachelor's degree from Elmira College and graduated from the joint MBA/JD program at the University of Pennsylvania. She also holds a master's degree in Operations Research from the University of Pennsylvania.
