Mr. Eric W. Norris is Chief Strategy Officer at Albemarle Corporation since January 18, 2018. Mr. Norris is responsible for both Corporate Strategy and Investor Relations. Mr. Norris joined Albemarle as a seasoned executive with over 20 years of diverse experience in corporate development and business leadership. Mr. Norris served as President of Health and Nutrition at FMC Corporation since November 1, 2015 until November 06, 2017 and served as its Vice President and Global Business Director of Health & Nutrition from September 21, 2012 to November 1, 2015, where he was responsible for leading a segment with over $750 million of revenue, 13 stand-alone plants and 12 globally dispersed R&D centers, and over 1,000 employees. Mr. Norris served as Manager of Lithium Division at FMC Corp. since September 4, 2012 and served as its Global Commercial Director of Lithium Corporation of America, a division of FMC Corp. until September 2012. He served as Director of Corporate Development at Fmc Corp. since April 29, 2005 and also served as its Director of Investor Relations. He joined FMC in 2001 as Director of Investor Relations, later served as Director of Corporate Development in 2005 and a year later was appointed as Director of FMC's Healthcare Ventures unit. He began his career in 1989 at Rohm and Haas Company in technical sales and held roles in strategic planning, marketing, business development and commercial management before being named Investor Relations manager in 1998. He founded a chemical industry internet-based firm in 2000. Mr. Norris earned his bachelor of arts in Chemistry and German from Colgate University and his MBA in Marketing and Finance from Harvard.
