Mark Douglas — President of FMC Agricultural Solutions at FMC Corporation

Mr. Mark A. Douglas has been President of FMC Agricultural Solutions at FMC Corporation since October 1, 2012. Mr. Douglas served as the President of Industrial Chemicals Group at FMC Corp. from January 4, 2011 to October 1, 2012. He served as Vice President of Global Operations & International Development at FMC Corp. from March 2010 to January 4, 2011. He joined FMC from Dow Chemical, where he served as Vice President. He served as the President Asia at Dow Advanced Materials. He served as the Head of Asia-Pacific Region at The Dow Chemical Company since December 2008. Prior to Dow, he served as Vice President of Rohm and Haas Company since September 2005 and served as its Director of Asia-Pacific Region since 2007 and President of Rohm and Haas China. During his 21 years with Rohm & Haas, he held sales, marketing and general management positions in London, Asia and Philadelphia. He was dedicated to leading the effort to realize the potential of the region and achieving the ambitious company goals set for Asia-Pacific in Rohm's Vision 2010 strategy. He served as Business Director of Procurement at Rohm and Haas Company since 2005. He was responsible for providing overall leadership for the procurement organization and manages the purchase and acquisition of all materials and services required by Rohm & Haas Co. Mr. Douglas joined Rohm and Haas in 1988 in the Croydon, UK office. He joined the European Operations Team at Polymers, Resins and Monomers in 1996. He served as Regional Business Manager of Specialty Polymers and Adhesives and Global Business Manager of Pressure Sensitive Adhesives. He served as General Manager of North American Region at Adhesives & Sealants since 2001. He has been an Independent Director of Quaker Chemical Corporation since January 30, 2013. Mr. Douglas is a Member of Rohm & Haas Co.'s Leadership Council.
