Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Even as a non profit, RCH brings in an obscene amount of money. It's thrown in the faces of the employees that "it's for the kids, but all ever hear about is how much money was brought in. If we don't get an authorized we don't get paid. Is that all RADYS cares about. Im staring to think it is.
