What does the leadership team need to get better at?If your leading any kind of team I would expect the leaders to know the the job the team is doing. Unfortunately some do not know the job and literally guess when asked a question..... and we are expected to be ok with that.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Even as a non profit, RCH brings in an obscene amount of money. It's thrown in the faces of the employees that "it's for the kids, but all ever hear about is how much money was brought in. If we don't get an authorized we don't get paid. Is that all RADYS cares about. Im staring to think it is.
