What is the best part about your compensation package?

Everyone here has some element of their comp based on bonus, which I like.

Leadership is fair in evaluating employee pay and compensation. They do a good job of market mapping.

The compensation at Fonteva is very competitive. They also offer reimbursement for job-related training and certifications. Many people use this benefit on Salesforce Certs.

Mix of base and incentive pay based on clearly articulated goals by quarter.
