What is the best part about your compensation package?

The salary + commission structure that is available to me.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

They talk about chances to grow but I have not seen that yet

Being a smaller company, you do have to wear a lot of hats. Some teams could either use more support, or more compensation.

I am still being paid the same amount as when I was in a previous position and am doing a lot more work and have a lot more responsibility now. A promotion or pay increase to compensate me for the extra work I am doing in this new role would be much appreciated.

Many companies of friends have done cost of living pay increases due to the rising inflation costs.

Compared to other "like jobs" salary and compensation far exceed what we are receiving at Force. We used to have opportunities to get bonuses and giftcards but dont now
