What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

The technology in the field needs to meet the positives in the literature and the sales cycle. Without a more stable product that addresses modern day architectures, it is just polishing a cobbled together bunch of scripts. 17 years old people so imagine the legacy features that need to be changed

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

I feel like if you say 100% of the company needs to change in order to make the culture better, that it is a red herring. In this case it is not. It is every man for himself here from the top down so the term morally bankrupt from Glassdoor is 100% accurate

What are some of the best things about your team?

ForeScout has pockets of really great people who want to make a difference. Engineers are collaborative within my region but it is a contest at the higher levels. It may be a few bad apples, or it may be more, but it is a leadership issue as to why it is not being addressed.
