Mr. Benjamin N. Eldridge has been the Chief Information Officer of Formfactor Inc. since February 2014. Mr. Eldridge served as the Chief Technical Officer at Formfactor Inc., and also served as its Senior Vice President of Development and Senior Vice President of R&D since September 2000 and also served as its Vice President of Development from June 1997 to September 2000, as Director of Development from June 1995 to June 1997 and as Manager of Development Engineering from November 1994 to May 1995. From 1984 to October 1994, Mr. Eldridge was employed at the TJ Watson Research Center of IBM Corporation, where he held various engineering positions in the Physical Sciences and Computer Science departments. Mr. Eldridge holds a B.S. in electrical engineering from Union College and a M.S. in physics from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
