Mr. Jarek Kister, also known as January, has been the Chief Technology Officer and Senior Vice President of Engineering & Product Development at FormFactor Inc. since January 2014. He served as the Chief Technical Officer and Vice President of Engineering at MicroProbe Inc. from April 2004 to October 2012. He has more than 20 years of experience in product engineering, innovation and IP development in semiconductor test. He served as Vice President of Engineering with Kulicke & Soffa, Test Division from 2000 to 2004. From 1990 to 2000, he served as Director of Engineering and later as Chief Technical Officer with Probe Technology, Inc. He holds more than 30 U.S. patents. Mr. Kister holds an M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Polytechnic of Silesia, Poland. He is also a Graduate of the Advanced Management Program from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley.
