Mr. Jason Cohen has been Vice President and General Counsel at FormFactor Inc. since August 2015 and serves as its Secretary. Mr. Cohen has over 20 years of experience as an international corporate and technology lawyer. He held leadership positions at Ubiquiti Networks, EasyMed Technologies, STMicroelectronics and Gemalto/Gemplus, managing a full range of legal affairs to support these public multi-national technology companies. From 1994 to 1999, he represented clients as a member of the Corporate & High Technology Group of Landels, Ripley & Diamond LLP and in the litigation practice of Wilson, Ryan & Campilongo PLC. He received his Juris Doctor from the University of California, Hastings College of Law and a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of California, Santa Cruz, with highest honors.
