The management makes you feel beneath them in every sense of the word.
Maybe a christmas bonus or if they offered incentives

They understand the reason why we're here and how we can make a real difference.
Nothing at all. The client can be nice.
My coworkers are by far the only good thing at my job
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Not speading gossip and speaking up when they see wrong doing from higher ups.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Flexability in meeting the everyday challenges of a large law firm.
That you can listen to music when you work and the busy days flew by and some of the people where awesome
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
They need to communicate better and hire managers who are better
Pay more attentions to what employees are doing, and stop taking sides just because you get along with the employee.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Getting to know our superiors and managers on a personal level.
Interview was based on relatable situations and questions on the past jobs were effective on my improvements.
It was like a conversation.
the boss seemed really down to earth
I was direct about my situation and my manager worked with me to meet my needs in hours.

When I go to work and everyone is treated equally with respect and boundaries.
