All together works fine for me !

It pays me well enough.

It's paid on time twice monthly

the full package with the allowances

The value add is in the added benefits and the RRSP matching.

Review from Engineering Dept

I believe that first priority is regular salary base.

Review from Sales Dept

That it includes RSUs (stock) according to your results

I'm happy with current great RSU, ESPP, 401k and insurance.

Review from Engineering Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

merit increase and stock options

No participation in meals, minimum PTOs, no learning and development programs, no evolution

Fortinet is great. Benefits could be better, ex: health insurance, better pension, prenatal leave payment according to standards in the industry (local/regional ), employee stock purchase monthly (ESPP) (like other vendors).

The company is growing and experiencing very good year on year results. Yet G&A teams are not entirely well compensated.

ESPP program, better heath support

Review from Sales Dept

2% increase IF you are lucky, regardless of performance or tenure.

CEO wanted to buy back stock so he could have more.

Review from Business Development Dept

2% only bonus, hires people as contractors and fires them after 3-4 years
