The CEO cut off ESPP plan about 2 years ago so he wouldn't have to give more shares to his employees. Sad statement in Silicon Valley where stock ownership is key.

Fortinet is great. Benefits could be better, ex: health insurance, better pension, prenatal leave payment according to standards in the industry (local/regional ), employee stock purchase monthly (ESPP) (like other vendors).
The company is growing and experiencing very good year on year results. Yet G&A teams are not entirely well compensated.
