What do you like best about the leadership team?
Great communication, chill but strong leadership
They have an open-door policy that allows for all opinions to be heard and appreciated.
They listen and make changes based on employee feedback
Understanding about life events an emergencies
they have a preatty good structure of how the managers should be and act in the company. not all mangers and supervisor can be over the law in the company.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The company insurance is adequate but leaves much to be desired. Unable to get certain medications covered.
Competitive PTO policy, affordable health insurance, quarterly bonuses
the eye and dental insurance
Option to buy stock at a 10% discount.
There is the ability to move up in the company
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Part Time Employees don't get holiday pay and are required to work holidays
Compared to my co-workers doing less than me, I was extremely underpaid.
I was unfairly demoted. An my wages where cut greatly
I would like to always have my truck working I got a raise
It is okay i guess
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have a great group of people who work hard
We work together to get the job done well. An we look out for each other
well everyone in the place have , a friendle and a positive attitude, i enjoy the enviroment
They are nice and outgoing usually
The way we all interact and get along.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Most are less than an average and I can't work with individuals like that . They need to be replaced with less passive workers. Ones that are driven and motivated...go getters...
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Great teammates and management team.
We have a culture of growth. We love to promote from within whenever possible.

It wasn't a up tight situation
it was the manager name rechard, he make the interview went plesent , and fun

My team and the work I'm doing day to day
When the shift runs like a well oiled machine
i thing is the check that i recieved in the end of the week ,and everyone contribution.
That what I do actually matters.
Not being stuck in a box
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Many things are wrong. Starting from the top to the bottom . From CEO to lowest paid ones. Restructure.reirganuze. eliminate useless ones
