    Great care and attention to detail has been used to design and create every piece ofMichael Kors jewelry.     WEARING

    Regular wear and exposure to dust, perspiration, household cleaning products, cosmetics,sunlight, extreme heat and other natural elements can dull the brilliance of gemstones andprecious metals over time. Rhodium, 14K yellow gold, and 14K rose gold plating can helpto protect against tarnishing on sterling silver jewelry.

    Use perfume, hair spray and other cosmetics prior to putting on your jewelry.

    Remove jewelry before washing hands, showering, exercising or sleeping.

    Do not wear your jewelry in salted or chlorinated water.

    Most natural gemstones have been subject to an enhancement process or treatment(e.g. heating, oiling, diffusion, waxing, etc.), which may not be permanent and mayrequire special care. See careinstructions below.

    Never expose gemstones to hot water or chemicals.

    Avoid wearing jewelry during rigorous activity where excessive friction and contact withhard surfaces is possible, as this may cause permanent scratches or damage.

    Check all fastenings and settings regularly to ensure they are secureand in workingorder to avoid scratches, dents or loss of stones orentire jewelry.

    CARE

    A soft cloth can be used to remove fingerprints and maintain the brilliance of your MichaelKors jewelry. If necessary, your jewelry can be cleaned by gently rinsing in warm water anddried with a soft cloth. We do not recommend using ultrasonic cleaners due to thedelicatenature of gemstones.

    STORING

    Store your jewelry in a clean, dry place away from natural sunlight and heat. The MichaelKors care pouch included with your jewelry will help protect against scratching andtarnishing.

  • By resetting your watch to the factory settings, you will erase all data stored on the smartwatch. This data cannot be restored. Data includes your active notifications and cards, fitness data, any installed third party apps, and any data they have stored, system settings, and preferences. The data stored in your Google Account, however, is not affected. Resetting your watch will not factory reset your phone or tablet.

    To reset to factory settings, follow these steps:

    Press the middle pusher button to power up display.

    Press the middle pusher button to enter app menu.

    Scroll and tap on Settings.

    Tap on System.

    Tap on Disconnect & Reset.

    Tap the checkmark to confirm.

    While the watch is resetting, access the Bluetooth settings on your phone and remove the watch from the list

    After you reset your watch to factory settings, you need to pair your smartwatch with your phone again.

  • WHAT IS COVERED AND FOR HOW LONG?

    Fossil Group, Inc. (Fossil) warrants that this Fossil product and accessories included in the packaging with the product (the Product) are free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for the period commencing upon the date of purchase and continuing for two years. This is a voluntary manufacturers warranty. It provides rights separate to rights provided by consumer law, including, but not limited to those relating to non-conforming goods. Fossils limited warranty benefits are in addition to, and not instead of, rights provided by consumer law.

    WHAT IS NOT COVERED?

    UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE. Fossil does not warrant that the operation of the Product will be uninterrupted or error-free. Fossil is not responsible for damage arising from failure to follow instructions relating to the Products use.

    NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR. Periodic maintenance, repair and replacement of parts due to normal wear and tear are excluded from coverage.

    CASE AND CRYSTAL (IF APPLICABLE). Fossil does not warrant cases or crystals.

    BRACELET. Fossil does not warrant bracelets or straps.

    BATTERIES. Only rechargeable batteries whose fully charged capacity falls below 80% of their rated capacity and batteries that leak are covered by this Limited Warranty. Non-rechargeable batteries are not covered under this Limited Warranty.

    SOFTWARE. This Limited Warranty does not cover software embedded in the product and the services provided by Fossil to owners of the Product. Refer to the license agreement accompanying the software and the Fossil services terms of use for details of your rights with respect to their use.

    ABUSE & MISUSE. Defects or damages that result from:

    a) Improper operation, storage, misuse or abuse, accident or neglect, such as physical damage (cracks or scratches, etc.) to the surface of the Product resulting from misuse;

    b) Contact with liquid, water, rain, extreme humidity or heavy perspiration, sand, dirt or the like, extreme heat, or food;

    c) Use of the Product for commercial purposes or subjecting the Product to abnormal usage or conditions; or

    d) Other acts which are not the fault of Fossil, are excluded from coverage.

    USE OF NON-FOSSIL PRODUCTS. Defects or damage that result from the use of non-Fossil branded or certified products, accessories or software or other peripheral equipment are excluded from coverage.

    ALTERED PRODUCTS. Product with:

    a) Serial numbers or production date codes or other tracking marks that have been removed, altered or obliterated;

    b) Broken seals or that show evidence of tampering or access by non-authorized dealers or repair centers; are excluded from coverage.

    PRODUCTS FROM UNAUTHORIZED SELLERS. Products that are not purchased from an authorized Fossil retailer are excluded from coverage.

    COMMUNICATIONS SERVICES. Defects, damages, or the failure of Products due to any communication service or signal you may subscribe to or use with the Products is excluded from coverage.

    WHAT ARE FOSSILS OBLIGATIONS?

    During the applicable warranty period, provided the Product is sent in for service in accordance with the terms of this Limited Warranty, Fossil will repair, replace, or refund the purchase price of the Product, at Fossils sole option, without charge. Fossil may, at its sole option, use rebuilt, reconditioned, or new parts or components when repairing any Product, or may replace the Product with a rebuilt, reconditioned or new Product. All replaced Products will be warranted for a period equal to the remainder of the original Limited Warranty on the original Product or for ninety (90) days, whichever is longer. All replaced Products, parts, components, boards and equipment shall become the property of Fossil. Except to the extent expressly allowed by applicable law, transfer or assignment of this Limited Warranty is prohibited.

    WHAT MUST YOU DO TO OBTAIN WARRANTY SERVICE?

    To obtain service under this Limited Warranty, you must return the Product to an authorized service facility in an adequate container for shipping, accompanied by the sales receipt or comparable proof of sale showing the original date of purchase, the serial number of the Product and the sellers name and address. If Fossil determines that any Product is not covered by this Limited Warranty, you must pay for all parts, shipping, and labor charges for the repair or return of such Product.

    No data, software or applications added to your Product will be reinstalled. You should keep a separate backup copy of any contents of the Product before delivering the Product to Fossil for warranty service, as some or all of the contents may be deleted or reformatted during the warranty service.

    THE FOREGOING WARRANTIES AND REMEDIES ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, TERMS OR CONDITIONS, EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, AS TO ANY MATTER WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS OR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, SATISFACTORY QUALITY, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, ALL OF WHICH ARE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED BY FOSSIL.     FOR AUSTRALIAN CUSTOMERS: Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.     If your app vibrates or makes a sound for notifications on your phone, your watch will vibrate. If your app doesnt vibrate or make a sound for notifications, your watchwon'tvibrate but youll still see a card on your watch.

    On your phone, download and install the App from the App Store or Google Play store. Follow the instructions to set up an account.

    To put your watch in pairing mode, press and hold the middle button of your watch until it vibrates 3 times. The watch hands will animate.

    The app will walk you through the process of connecting and setting up your Hybrid Smartwatch.

  • If your watch is paired with an Android phone and has Wi-Fi, your watch can automatically connect to saved Wi-Fi networks when it loses the Bluetooth connection with your phone. This lets your watch and phone to automatically stay synced at any distance over the Internet. That way, you can get notifications and use voice search on your watch throughout your home and work even when you leave your phone in a different room.

If it is still not functioning after changing the battery, then it will need to be sent into our service center for inspections.   • Skagen Two (2) Year International Warranty

    The Skagen Two (2) Year Limited Warranty is a voluntary manufacturers warranty. It provides rights separate to rights provided by consumer law, including but not limited to those relating to non-conforming goods. Skagens limited warranty benefits are in addition to, and not instead of, rights provided by consumer law.

    Your Skagen watch is warranted by Fossil Group, Inc* for a period two (2) years from the original date of purchase under the terms and conditions of this warranty. The Skagen warranty covers materials and manufacturing defects. A copy of the receipt or dealer stamp in the warranty booklet is required for proof of purchase.

    During the warranty period the watch movement, hands and dial are the only components covered under this warranty. A covered component will be repaired or the watch will be replaced free of component and labor charges, if it proves to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use.

    In case of replacement, Skagen cannot guarantee that you will receive the same model watch. If your model is not available, a watch of equal value and similar style will be provided. The warranty for the replacement watch ends two (2) years from the date the replacement watch is received.

    This Warranty Does Not Cover:

    Any defects in materials and workmanship of battery, case, crystal, strap or bracelet; including plating on the case and/or bracelet.

    Damage resulting from improper handling, lack of care, accidents, normal wear and tear or aging.

    Water damage if care instructions for the products water resistance level (as marked on the product) were not followed.

    Products that are not purchased from an authorized Skagen retailer.

    This warranty is void if the watch has been damaged by accident, negligence of persons other than authorized Skagen sales or services agents, unauthorized service, or other factors not due to defects in materials or workmanship. The warranty is void if the serial numbers or product date codes or other tracking marks have been removed, altered or obliterated.

    The foregoing warranties and remedies are exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, terms or conditions, express, implied or statutory, as to any matter whatsoever, including, without limitation, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, satisfactory quality, title, and non- infringement, all of which are expressly disclaimed by Skagen. Skagen shall not be liable for incidental, consequential, indirect, special or punitive damages or liabilities of any kind arising out of or in connection with the sale or use of this product, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict product liability or any other theory, even if Skagen has been advised of the possibility of such damages and even if any limited remedy specified herein is deemed to have failed of its essential purpose.     If your watch has a heart rate sensor, it is Swimproof. See Figure 1:

    In addition to being water resistant up to 30M, your device passes a 10,000-stroke swim test and can be worn while swimming in shallow water. Microphone and touchscreen may not work properly while the watch is in water or not completely dry.

    CHARGING

    Even small amounts of sweat or moisture can cause corrosion of the electrical contacts when connected to a charger. Corrosion can prevent charging and data transfer. To prevent damage to your device:

    Wipe the device using a damp cloth.

    Wipe it dry.

    Allow the device to dry completely before charging.

    In order to ensure water does not enter the watch and cause damage to it, please follow the instructions listed below:

    Do not adjust the crown while the timepiece is in contact with water.

    For timepieces with pusher-enabled functionality, do not engage the function underwater.

    Exposure to extreme atmospheres is not recommended (i.e. hot water, saunas or steam rooms).

    Avoid exposure to water moving with force (i.e. water running from a faucet, ocean waves or waterfalls).

    Avoid long exposure to salt water. After contact with salt water, rinse watch under tap water and wipe dry with a soft cloth.

    Hybrid Smartwatches:

    See caseback for water resistance rating. The water resistance rating provides guidelines for appropriate water-related exposure to avoid damage to internal watch components. Exposure to hot water is not recommended.

    3 ATM

    A depth rating of 3 ATM will withstand splashes in water. Your watch should not be worn swimming or bathing.

    5 ATM

    A depth rating of 5 ATM is wearable while swimming in shallow water. Do not wear bathing, snorkeling or scuba diving.

    The brighter your watch screen, the more battery your watch will use. Turn down your watch screen brightness to save more battery power.

    Turning off notifications can save your battery.

    TURN ON THEATER MODE

    Turn off the display and notifications by turning Theater mode on temporarily.

    If you recently installed an app and notice that your battery is draining faster than normal, try uninstalling that app. To uninstall an app on your watch, you need to uninstall the app from the phone your watch is paired with.

    LIMIT WI-FI USE

    If your watch is Wi-Fi enabled, you can save battery life by adjusting the amount of time your watch can use Wi-Fi.

    TURN OFF ALWAYS ON FEATURE

    Turn off the always on screen feature to save battery life. You can set the display to show the time or turn off completely when you're not using the watch. If set to turn off, the screen will turn on when you turn your wrist or touch the screen.

    Here's how to change the setting from your phone:

    On your phone, open the Wear OS by Google app.

    Touch Settings.

    Find Always-on screen and use the switch to turn on or off.

    From your watch:

    If your screen is dim, touch the screen to wake up the watch.

    Swipe down from the top of the screen.

    Swipe from right to left until you see Settings and then, touch it.

    Touch Always-on screen to turn on or off.

  • To regain access to your smartwatch, you will need to prompt a Factory Reset.

    Follow these steps:

    Enter an invalid passcode until the watch locks you out.This can take a couple seconds, up to a minute. Please enter unique passwords (try not to repeat the same incorrect password).Wait 30 seconds.

    Enter an invalid passcode again until the watch locks you out again.

    The watch will produce a pop-up card prompting a Factory Reset. Tap on the check mark, or Done, button.

    Once Factory Reset is complete, you will need to re-pair your smartwatch to your phone.

    Remove the device name from Bluetooth cache before pairing in app.

    You can also reset your watch from the Wear OS app on your phone:

    Open the Wear OS app and scroll to the button

    Tap on Advanced Settings

    Your Emporio Armani watch is warranted by Fossil Group, Inc* for a period two (2) years from the original date of purchase under the terms and conditions of this warranty. The Emporio Armani warranty covers materials and manufacturing defects. A copy of the receipt or dealer stamp in the warranty booklet is required for proof of purchase.

    During the warranty period the watch movement, hands and dial are the only components covered under this warranty. A covered component will be repaired or the watch will be replaced free of component and labor charges, if it proves to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use.

    In case of replacement, Emporio Armani cannot guarantee that you will receive the same model watch. If your model is not available, a watch of equal value and similar style will be provided. The warranty for the replacement watch ends two (2) years from the date the replacement watch is received.

    This Warranty Does Not Cover:

    Any defects in materials and workmanship of battery, case, crystal, strap or bracelet; including plating on the case and/or bracelet.

    Damage resulting from improper handling, lack of care, accidents, normal wear and tear or aging.

    Water damage if care instructions for the products water resistance level (as marked on the product) were not followed.

    Products that are not purchased from an authorized Emporio Armani retailer.

  • If the charging indicator (lightning bolt) is not visible, the charger does not detect the watch.

    Try the following tips:

    Reseat the watch on the charger

    Verify watch is seated snugly on charger with no gap

    Verify nothing is between charger and device, i.e. no dust, tape, etc.

    Make sure the charger is getting power. Verify the charges USB cable works with other devices.

    Try changing the chargers power source, i.e. move to wall outlet from laptop.

    Device may be defective. Try replacing if watch is under warranty. For more information on warranty, go to "WHAT IS THE WARRANTY ON MY SMARTWATCH?"

    Sometimes if the device gets too hot while charging, it will go into a thermal shutdown mode until it cools off and then, will continue charging once it is safe again. Try removing the device from the charger, wait for it to cool down, and place it on the charger again.

  • It could be one of the following reasons:

    Make sure you have been through the Activity onboarding to set up your tracking.

    Make sure your device's battery is not dead and that it is syncing to the app.

    Make sure the device is snug to your wrist.

    The device only tracks walking, running, and other related activities. If you hold something in the same hand as the device while walking, it might not count all steps accurately.

    The device might be in recovery mode. If so, tracking and notifications will not work. You will need to do a firmware update to get things back to normal again.

    We use sensors and a complex algorithm to determine when someone has taken a step. We believe our algorithm is an accurate representation of actual movement and ignores false movement such as simply moving your arm.

(Armani Exchange) warrants that this Armani Exchange product and accessories included in the packaging with the product (the Product) are free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for the period commencing upon the date of purchase and continuing for two years.     NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR. Periodic maintenance, repair and replacement of parts due to normal wear and tear are excluded from coverage.

    CASE AND CRYSTAL (IF APPLICABLE). Armani Exchange does not warrant cases or crystals.

    BRACELET. Armani Exchange does not warrant bracelets or straps.

    BATTERIES. Only rechargeable batteries whose fully charged capacity falls below 80% of their rated capacity and batteries that leak are covered by this Limited Warranty. Non-rechargeable batteries are not covered under this Limited Warranty.

    SOFTWARE. This Limited Warranty does not cover software embedded in the product and the services provided by Armani Exchange to owners of the Product. Refer to the license agreement accompanying the software and the Armani Exchange services terms of use for details of your rights with respect to their use.

    ABUSE & MISUSE. Defects or damages that result from:

    a) Improper operation, storage, misuse or abuse, accident or neglect, such as physical damage (cracks or scratches, etc.) to the surface of the Product resulting from misuse;

    b) Contact with liquid, water, rain, extreme humidity or heavy perspiration, sand, dirt or the like, extreme heat, or food;

    c) Use of the Product for commercial purposes or subjecting the Product to abnormal usage or conditions; or

    d) Other acts which are not the fault of Armani Exchange, are excluded from coverage.

    USE OF NON-ARMANI EXCHANGE PRODUCTS. Defects or damage that result from the use of non-Armani Exchange branded or certified products, accessories or software or other peripheral equipment are excluded from coverage.

    ALTERED PRODUCTS. Product with:

    a) Serial numbers or production date codes or other tracking marks that have been removed, altered or obliterated;

    b) Broken seals or that show evidence of tampering or access by non-authorized dealers or repair centers; are excluded from coverage.

    PRODUCTS FROM UNAUTHORIZED SELLERS. Products that are not purchased from an authorized Armani Exchange retailer are excluded from coverage.

    COMMUNICATIONS SERVICES. Defects, damages, or the failure of Products due to any communication service or signal you may subscribe to or use with the Products is excluded from coverage.

    WHAT ARE ARMANI EXCHANGES OBLIGATIONS?

    During the applicable warranty period, provided the Product is sent in for service in accordance with the terms of this Limited Warranty, Armani Exchange will repair, replace, or refund the purchase price of the Product, at Armani Exchanges sole option, without charge.
