Leadership needs a lot of work ir obviously starts at the top. Mangers know they are mangers and they think its ok to push work on people below them. Lead by exapmle just does not exist. Also is a toxic work enviorment. Mangement is passive aggerisive.
Focus on what matters and actually makes money. Our innovation is a joke and we're very complacent with our supply chain and production.

Everyone is quick to throw each other under the bus and blame each other. It is a terrible team enviorment.

The supervisor dont even listened to complaints or problems
Hold exempt staff accountable and investigate the business instead of just taking managements word for how things are. Tons of pointless positions that pay far too much. No communication, no leadership training, non-exempt staff does the work, and exempt reaps the benefits.
