What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive for me is the collaboration amongst all of our teams. I genuinely like the people I work with, and always feel that we can continue to learn and grow from each other.
What are some of the best things about your team?
There is true collaboration on our team. There is never a fear of speaking truthfully, and we have a common goal we all want to achieve. When you have a team all rowing in the same direction, it's something special.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
What I appreciate most is the inclusion of the leadership team to listen to the rest of the staff. They are always trying to stay a step ahead of the competition, and always look to take care of the staff. The goal is to make FPA truly a best place to work that no one will ever want to leave.
