Fragomen is a fantastic company to work for and the pay and benefits are appropriate. The people are some of the finest I've ever worked with and the culture is diverse and welcoming regardless of where you are in the world.
Corporate dept is underpaid compared to market rate. Most of us are about $20k under the standard market rate, we also don’t get bonuses.
Not paid market value - lower salary than average
The work requires a good amount of knowledge and is very taxing, so I would feel better if I was paid an amount that I feel reflects the level of skill needed.
