Training, management, respect for entry level employees
Viewing and treating subordinates with respect, and interacting with them more.
They need to act more professional and friendly than social and clique-ish.
The culture is not friendly. Also, the workload is too high, so it can be improved by hiring more employees to spread out the work.
The work requires a good amount of knowledge and is very taxing, so I would feel better if I was paid an amount that I feel reflects the level of skill needed.
People need to be more friendly and the employees need to be treated with more respect. They should not be regularly expected to do a large load of work all year long. They need to hire more employees and spend more money and time on employees to take the stress off of employees.
