This is the most diverse sales team I have ever been a part of, and it's really nice to be surrounded by others who have the same personal care for DE&I initiatives. I can't recommend Frame.io enough!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leaders are extremely transparent, approachable, and thoughtful with their decisions. Our executive team is also 50% women which is really inspiring to see!
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is definitely the thing that keeps me most engaged during quarantine. I feel like I am constantly learning, being pushed to be my best self, and definitely laughing a whole lot along the way.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The recruiting process at Frame.io is best in class. They move quickly, set clear expectations, and add thoughtful touches throughout the process. I also liked getting to meet a variety of people from different teams during the process!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We've really done well with creating a culture that prioritizes diversity and inclusion in a meaningful and actionable way. I feel comfortable being open about who I am and bringing my full self to work, which has allowed me to perform at a top level.
What makes you most happy at work?
You can feel how genuine people are here at Frame.io. I really look forward to meetings and rarely feel like the smartest person in the room. Even in times where a deadline is approaching, I find myself laughing over Zoom with my coworkers on a daily basis!
