I love the diversity - we're at a 50/50 split for gender on our C-suite team which is phenomenal. We have allies for our DE&I efforts, our leadership team supports us in our DE&I goals and programming.

A very supportive and understanding exec team that has shown they really care about the employees, especially during the last year or so.

We are a fast growing company and our leadership team pushes us to challenge the status quo and test the limits of what's possible. It's not always easy, but they also put a premium on our mental well being and creating an inclusive culture for us to bring our authentic selves to work every day.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

The diversity is for publicity, the management at C-level and CEO are inexperienced, self serving and micromanagers. Do not trust these reviews. This is a white, male dominated culture with the majority of minorities in traditional supportive roles (HR, assistants, support sales). No black VPs.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Salary and options are revisited often, allowing for frequent positive adjustments :)

Unlimited PTO, to be honest. It has such a powerful impact on my mental health - and our senior leadership team actively encourages us to take time off!

All the extra benefits! We get 2 full weeks off each year - summer and winter vacay in addition to all the other great benefits.

Flexible work schedules, ability to work from anywhere, and extra company days off to make sure that we are recharging and making time to take care of ourselves. There are also great perks including work from home stipends and snacks sent directly to where we live which is a nice touch right now.

Not sure if it's related to compensation package but love our time off policy. 2 weeks of the year the entire company takes off together. We also always have 1 paid time off holiday per month which everyone takes off together. This is on top of an unlimited PTO policy.

Unlimited time off is a joke, people are too scared to take time off. They "say" they are all there for your wellbeing but that is a public display for high ratings on Glassdoor and here. No talent lasts.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Talent is regularly one level down, some VPs have been good but most of them have left.

It's nice to be able to be my true self around my team. We can tell jokes and have fun, while also having amazing work output at the same time. It's a nice mix that makes work not feel like work.

Alignment. Everyone has a shared mission to create one of the best products in the world.

My team works hard, they have drive and focus, but they also lead with compassion and empathy. They're fun and always willing to hop on a call to help walk me through something I'm unfamiliar with. I know it's cheesy, but they feel like family.

They are amazing, hard-working, and passionate people that I get excited to see and work with every single day.

Everyone is so welcoming and helpful, the leadership is transparent with us, but most of all we have DE&I front of mind for evolving our company culture.

The support and resources I think that the company has provided have really allowed for a very positive environment and culture.

A lot of companies talk a big game about Diversity and Inclusion but don't back it up. Frame uses hard metrics to measure our progress, we celebrate our progress but also call ourselves when we need to improve. In the last year our leadership representation grew to 50%+ women, including our C suite

Meeting a variety of people

The number of team members you are able to meet. Very easy to understand how it will feel to work at the company.

I loved how communicative and supportive the recruitment team was. Between my recruiter and my coordinator, I always felt taken care of and set up for success. It was more like a partnership than the typical interview process.

It was interactive and fast and I always received feedback in a very timely manner.

You can feel how genuine people are here at Frame.io. I really look forward to meetings and rarely feel like the smartest person in the room. Even in times where a deadline is approaching, I find myself laughing over Zoom with my coworkers on a daily basis!
