What does the leadership team need to get better at?The diversity is for publicity, the management at C-level and CEO are inexperienced, self serving and micromanagers. Do not trust these reviews. This is a white, male dominated culture with the majority of minorities in traditional supportive roles (HR, assistants, support sales). No black VPs.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Unlimited time off is a joke, people are too scared to take time off. They "say" they are all there for your wellbeing but that is a public display for high ratings on Glassdoor and here. No talent lasts.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?The C-level need massive training in managing people.
