- What does the leadership team need to get better at?The diversity is for publicity, the management at C-level and CEO are inexperienced, self serving and micromanagers. Do not trust these reviews. This is a white, male dominated culture with the majority of minorities in traditional supportive roles (HR, assistants, support sales). No black VPs.
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Unlimited time off is a joke, people are too scared to take time off. They "say" they are all there for your wellbeing but that is a public display for high ratings on Glassdoor and here. No talent lasts.
- What needs to change to make the company culture better?The C-level need massive training in managing people.
