Communicates goals. Transparency. Truly cares about the employees and customers.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Believing in their teams, stop finger pointing, stop firing people all the time and bring everyone together for the betterment of the company and customers alike. The CEO is the reason for the toxic culture. I have never come upon a company that fires its employees with such shocking disregard.
