What is the best part about your compensation package?

Best part is Medical and life insurance coverage

Potential for earning large bonus.

Bonus was decent and we received them yearly. However, the red a time those things were cut off for staff level emploees.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Yes was undervalued and people with little to no accomplishments received rewards greater than other due to personal relationships.
