Mr. Kyle McClure has been the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President at Frank's International N.V. since June 5, 2017. Mr. McClure served as an Interim Chief Financial Officer at Frank's International N.V. from March 1, 2017 to June 5, 2017 and its Senior Vice President of Finance and Treasurer from March 2015 to June 5, 2017. Mr. McClure was responsible for building good business practices in key areas - capital funding, cash and liquidity management, risk management, credit and treasury operations and controls - and contributes to the long-term strategic financial planning for Ascend. He served as Director of Treasury and Investor Relations at Cooper Industries plc from December 2008 to December 2012. He spent eight years in a variety of finance leadership roles at Dell Inc. Mr. McClure holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Texas and an MBA from Baylor University.
