Good place to work, not the best place for those wanting to to stay and receive promotions from within. It's a great place for starting a career or anyone planning to retire. If you're looking for a challenge and advance your career it is best to move on.

Low salary, low morale, bonuses just for VP and above, mergering with hospital... they have lost their way and workers are just seen as tools, pawns... a lot of people are leaving because the above

In the Facilties Engineering Team my co workers are still great people. Management contines to attemp to pit people against each othet creating a hostile work environment. Sad

Planning rather than shooting from the hip would be a good start.

Realzing that what makes the Hutch worker are the people, not money.

No annual costnof living raise last year, salaries are much lower than peer orgs, and Seattle is VERY expensive area to live in ... pay better
