Actually managing and No micromanaging
Time for employees and do one on ones even when someone is performing well. HR should also find other options when employees have told them they don't feel supported.
Need to start leading. Stop hiring friends
What is the best part about your compensation package?
401k matching but this should not be a reason to stay
Tuition reimbursement, 15k towards first home, 9k loan payoff over 5 years

Overworked and no career advamcement. High pay going in then you are stagnant. Small pay increases after hire. Bonuses and promotions for bosses friends

Pay market salary. Lot of managers and too many people are asking the same information and reports. Too many legacy controls and people are stepping on each other's responsibilities to keep their job. Totally chaotic middle management and communication is always top down.
There is no work life balance.
Pay for the area is quite low. No raises last couple years
Compensation is limited by the regulator

Leadership changes from director levels and above. They are disconnected from overall staff. Many with mo direct experience.

More flexible work from home policy
Need new management and a new way of thinking. Get rid of the establishment
Build better leaders and people managers. Drive accountability. Limit complaining and finger pointing, promote positivity.

Come prepared to interview by reading the resume well before. Stick to the experience. Do not ask academic questions for senior level.
More transparency in terms of the roles and responsibilities for the roles advertised
