Solid place to learn mortgages, comp isnt the best but if you are new you will learn
Helene victim. As the mortgage holder, they've held a portion of my insurance money payout since Hurricaine Helene in 2024. Despite FIVE emails asking for either the rest of my insurance money or an explanation as to what I have to do to receive it ... I'VE HEARD NOTHING FROM THEM IN SIXTY-ONE DAYS!
Horrible. My loan was transferred from LoanDepot. What a difference. Misinformation, long phone waits, poor posting of payments. Worst customer service ever. I have had mortgages for 40 years. Dont use Freedom mortgage.
The entire company provides the best customer NO service and goes out of their way to make this happen.
