Solid place to learn mortgages, comp isnt the best but if you are new you will learn

Overworked to exhaustion. Catering to wants of a LoB who has no idea what they want or best practices. No process in place. Management is clueless. IT is either under skilled or under qualified but employed to meet ridiculous deadlines. Micromanagement is the norm.

Terrible compto work for, upper management is bully's and talk down to you

FMC is a fast growing organization with a lot of potential. With that said, the direction is very unclear, communication is shrouded in secrecy, division is clear within business segments, scope creeps are the norm, and there is no work/life balance.

They are normally very honest

My immediate manager was amazing. She exemplified leadership as she would work with us instead of barking orders.

Parts of the leadership team have a desire to drive change. These members work to understand the needs of the people and make every effort to impact change through action and challenge the norm.

FMC pays fairly. However, the underlying concern is if a market shift will impact compensation, benefits, or overall employment status.

The money paid versus the abuse by management is not worth it. Management is unorganized and unprofessional.

The management needs to be trained to be able to handle adverse situations rather than sweeping it under the rug, making up lies, and inventing situations that never happened. For example, I had a perfect review then one month later I was unsatisfactory with no explanation.
