Yes. We are a very transparent and collaborative environment. It would be hard to treat someone poorly here and not get called out about it by the team around you.
does mgmt do a good job in keeping employees?
I believe that they do a better job than other companies. Turnover here is almost zero.

There is a good work/life balance here so it's about 40-45 hours a week. Fridays there is almost always some after work festivities so we tend to stay a bit longer on that day.
are there opportunities for advancement?
Many. Company is growing at a very fast pace and looks to the team already here before deciding to bring in external help.
