Very friendly and great at communication skills.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
By being a student worker I was paid less than other employees at my location, so paying each employee the same amount regardless of being a student or not would be nice.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They constantly ask if you are doing okay because they are genuinely interested.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Respect needs to be learned, there should not be yelling and crying almost every shift.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The upbeat music playing in the hall.

Getting to have fun at the events and be with my coworkers.

Supervisors do not respect employees and those above them see no problem.
