The leadership team must understand that Friendly's success stems from the effectiveness and happiness of the employees that run the restaurant. The team must properly train their employees and also provide SOME form of incentives for them. Increase both customer and employee retention rate
I have worked in multiple restaurants aside from Friendly's where my services are valued much more, i work in a less stressful environment, and the job expected of me is much more realistic, achievable, and I benefit much more from it in terms of profit.
Oftentimes understaffed. The place is not clean, uniforms are an eyesore, service policies lead to slow service, and it can be improved by managing staff taking more pride in their serving their customers rather than just "Getting them outta here" which i have heard multiple times. Oh, and BREAKS
