They are overly concerned with the bottom line for cost of each time period for their reports such as closing. If the bottom line doesn't look good to the person doing the report then he sends workers home to make the report look better.

The leadership team must understand that Friendly's success stems from the effectiveness and happiness of the employees that run the restaurant. The team must properly train their employees and also provide SOME form of incentives for them. Increase both customer and employee retention rate

your availablility isnt taken in to account so your expected to find cover when you shouldnt have been sceduled in the first placee

I have worked in multiple restaurants aside from Friendly's where my services are valued much more, i work in a less stressful environment, and the job expected of me is much more realistic, achievable, and I benefit much more from it in terms of profit.

I would feel better if we got small bonuses for hitting a certain quota each month of sales.

The wages are based on whether or not you receive tips. They tend to schedule your hours so that you are not full-time and therefore are not eligible for benefits. If you do have hours that are full-time and you have one week that is not full-time then you have to start all over again to be eligible

for me i had put i cant start working untill i was at school which was 2-3 weeks away and i was already put on the sceduale for the following day very very poor

Oftentimes understaffed. The place is not clean, uniforms are an eyesore, service policies lead to slow service, and it can be improved by managing staff taking more pride in their serving their customers rather than just "Getting them outta here" which i have heard multiple times. Oh, and BREAKS

It can be improved by adequately staffing the restaurant and somehow manage the consistant call outs

lack of leadership and management turnover. Managers are replaced and hired without proper training
