I have worked in multiple restaurants aside from Friendly's where my services are valued much more, i work in a less stressful environment, and the job expected of me is much more realistic, achievable, and I benefit much more from it in terms of profit.

The wages are based on whether or not you receive tips. They tend to schedule your hours so that you are not full-time and therefore are not eligible for benefits. If you do have hours that are full-time and you have one week that is not full-time then you have to start all over again to be eligible

Oftentimes understaffed. The place is not clean, uniforms are an eyesore, service policies lead to slow service, and it can be improved by managing staff taking more pride in their serving their customers rather than just "Getting them outta here" which i have heard multiple times. Oh, and BREAKS
