What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Removing bias and favoritism. Stop "managing up" to CYA to higher-ups leaving your teams to carry the additional burden of work with no attention paid to current bandwidth and workload.
Leadership team seem very far away and message from local managers is never clear. Seems to be a disconnect at middle management level
communication, giving compensation, being competitive with the market
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
take more time for position placement and better defined goals.
I know for a fact that I am well below market value. They even admit it.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Less meetings and more teamwork
Some just need to be better at their jobs and show a little more pride in their work.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
More collaborative environment across teams
Need to improve the work/life balance. They preach it, but it is not actually put into effect all that well.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Would need to feel more appreciated for what I do and not always hearing why do things take so long or hear about the budget all the time.
