lack of speed, lack of vision, lack of risk taking. Too much driven by the numbers

very stingy company when it comes to compensation. No stock options, average base salary, low bonus. Games played to minimize pay out
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
still has that entrepreneurship mindset from some employees, even though it is quickly waning ,good understanding of their markets, good sales force and effective marketing
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
define a vision and drive to it. Innovation is the name of the game, except for 1 business Sonosite is very stagnant. Very political, very risk averse
