What do you like best about the leadership team?
Their open to listen to ideas from subordinates and give great feedback.
I really cant say they did to mich for me
We work on resolutions to problems as a team , from the top tier management to the associate. Everyone feedback is valuable

Benefits are far better than other companies in their industry.

They're always willing to help teammates in need.
Very welcoming and friendly. Eager to help and teach stuff

Very flexible. not micro managed.
Very informal, senior management is approachable.
Multi cultural environment and great team spirit
We work hard and play hard. We are good friends as well as colleagues. We all respect each other.
