What do you like best about the leadership team?
They have vision but recent business confusion layoffs tell one thing not all visionary are great executioners
Even you are a leader there is always a room for improvements.
They are always growing and innovating in terms of service delivery

What is the best part about your compensation package?
It's good however due to re recent trends no performance pay for 2 years
Big and can satisfy my family. Also there are bonuses.
It is decent as compared to other companies
great 401K plan and medical coverages
Every thing is fixed component and everything is fairly displayed

it´s a multicultural environment with people from quite different countrie
Positive and helping nature good team mates
Work life balance which I find in fujitsu only
