What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Treat employees better. The new intense sales culture is causing stress.
Start caring about the low level employees who do ALL the work. Management pushes all the work down then berates the SSS for poor customer outreach and zero new business.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
payment was good and very fair

Unbelievably low rates for employee medical! The company takes on a majority of benefit costs. There are a lot of great wellness benefits (reimbursement for gym membership, etc.)

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
5+ years in the same branch doing anything and everything in my power to help the branch be successful and I am paid only pennies more than people with no experience and denied any opportunity to advance because I "lack experience" but the new people are well qualified with only days in banking.

being able to enjoy time to myself when needed but also getting stuff done at my pace
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The wait times to reach anyone in the back office have been and continue to be unnecessarily long. Customers go to the branch for help but it ends up with the SSS sitting on the phone while management yells at us for being unproductive and telling us to tell the customer to do it themselves.
