Start caring about the low level employees who do ALL the work. Management pushes all the work down then berates the SSS for poor customer outreach and zero new business.

5+ years in the same branch doing anything and everything in my power to help the branch be successful and I am paid only pennies more than people with no experience and denied any opportunity to advance because I "lack experience" but the new people are well qualified with only days in banking.

The wait times to reach anyone in the back office have been and continue to be unnecessarily long. Customers go to the branch for help but it ends up with the SSS sitting on the phone while management yells at us for being unproductive and telling us to tell the customer to do it themselves.
