The focus on equal pay - this past year has been nuts with the great resignation and Fundbox does as much as it can to ensure we are being paid fairly for the role we have.
I believe in salaries, the rest are so fuzzy you can't optimize for. But, a very nice RSU package has been introduced to remove the (not cheap) exercise-price that we've had before
