I love my benefits package.

Great stock options and healthcare

a generous, matching 401k that vests after one year

For the first time in my career, my compensation actually reflects the output of my work. Most startups try and work their employees into lower pay but it was a discussion with me about what would be an exciting offer vs. what would be a comfortable offer. They definitely got me excited!
