I like how transparent our leadership team is in letting the entire company where we're headed during bi-monthly company town halls. I also like how friendly and available they all are to anyone interested in meeting or even in small interactions.

Everything here is incredibly transparent from the top down. I never feel out of the loop on anything in this company and our executives make sure to overcommunicate anything and everything to the entire company. Our monthly town halls are always very enlightening!
