What do you like best about the leadership team?
Everything here is incredibly transparent from the top down. I never feel out of the loop on anything in this company and our executives make sure to overcommunicate anything and everything to the entire company. Our monthly town halls are always very enlightening!
What are some of the best things about your team?
I have never been surrounded by a harder working group of colleagues. Each person in this company understands the impact their individual role has on the larger company goals. It is a light and fun environment to walk into every day and we are all treated like adults here.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
For the first time in my career, my compensation actually reflects the output of my work. Most startups try and work their employees into lower pay but it was a discussion with me about what would be an exciting offer vs. what would be a comfortable offer. They definitely got me excited!
What makes you most happy at work?
I am trusted each day to come in and do my job to the best of my ability. I have never been treated more like an adult and it empowers me to work harder each day to help hit the targets I need to in order to contribute to the company. I also love the people here so they make me happy to be here!
