He has over 20 years of experience as a corporate attorney in both private practice and as an in-house counsel and also has significant corporate development experience. He served as a General Counsel of INRIX, Inc. since April 2012 until August 1, 2016, where he was responsible for global legal affairs, with emphasis on corporate and intellectual property matters. Mr. Daw served as a Vice President of RealNetworks Inc. He served as the Chief Legal Officer of RealNetworks Inc. since August 2010 until April 23, 2012 and since January 2007. He served as Secretary of RealNetworks, Inc. from January 2010 to April 23, 2012. He served as a Senior Vice President of RealNetworks Inc. He managed the RealNetworks, Inc. 's global legal affairs and corporate development efforts. Mr. Daw joined RealNetworks in 2000 and has held various positions including Vice President of Corporate Development and Deputy General Counsel from January 2007 to August 2010 and Vice President of Corporate Development and Associate General Counsel from May 2006 to January 2007. Prior to joining RealNetworks, Mr. Daw was a Partner in the law firm of Sidley Austin LLP in Chicago, Illinois. Mr. Daw holds a B.S. in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University and a J.D. degree from the University of Michigan Law School.
