What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Leadership Reviews

Accountability and appropriately compensating teachers. Teachers are paid on wage, so they don't get paid over the summer when there aren't any students, but teachers also don't get time off. also using teacher lunch times for meetings is absolutely wage theft

Communication, paying their staff, scheduling, pay, hiring, pay, expectations, pay, planning time, pay, collaboration, pay, not talking down to teachers about their own subject, and pay.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Compensation Reviews

Time off and either an opportunity for salaried positions or better pay. Also better transparency between corporate and teachers. there is a reason teacher turnover rate is astronomic across the company.

I am kept at poverty level wages and may lose my home due to how little I am paid to work full time here.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Outlook Reviews

Schools should not be a for profit business model.

The company is very Republican and has strong capitalist values. The priority is the customer. Students are called a customer. Teachers are undervalued. There's a lot of corruption and lies. Company will probably get sued or collapse if teachers unionize.
