What makes you most happy at work?working with my coworkers to try to help educate students
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Time off and either an opportunity for salaried positions or better pay. Also better transparency between corporate and teachers. there is a reason teacher turnover rate is astronomic across the company.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Accountability and appropriately compensating teachers. Teachers are paid on wage, so they don't get paid over the summer when there aren't any students, but teachers also don't get time off. also using teacher lunch times for meetings is absolutely wage theft
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Schools should not be a for profit business model.
