Does not follow environmental procedure's. Plant manager has little concept of procedures. Where was the due diligence when purchasing the Spencerville plant ?

It's a pretty good place to work I think they should give the people that work hard for them a raise cause I come in everyday and I dont slack 99% of the times I don't take breaks
